The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a
contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of accounting services to
conduct a financial and compliance audit. Qualified Independent Public Accountants (IPA’s) in
good standing with the Office of the State Auditor are requested to submit proposals. Offerors
must meet all independence requirements under Government Auditing Standards
