The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for AUCTION SERVICES FOR DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTIES (2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH 1 OPTION TO RENEW) . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 . Project work includes

The County is soliciting bids from qualified individuals and firms to publicly auction surplus equipment. The Successful Bidder (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) will hold public auctions a minimum of two (2) times per year or more frequently, if needed. The Contractor shall conduct a local site auction at an agreed upon location or at Contractor’s location in combination with an online Sale option.
