The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for AUCTION SERVICES FOR DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTIES (2 YEAR CONTRACT WITH 1 OPTION TO RENEW) . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 . Late Bids will not be accepted.
Project work includes
The County is soliciting bids from qualified individuals and firms to publicly auction surplus equipment. The Successful Bidder (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) will hold public auctions a minimum of two (2) times per year or more frequently, if needed. The Contractor shall conduct a local site auction at an agreed upon location or at Contractor’s location in combination with an online Sale option.
