Project Description: The City of Brownsville is issuing a single, qualifications-based Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Engineering Services to deliver two trail projects: 1. Monte Bella Park Trail & 2. West Rail Trail to Brownsville Sports Park Trail. The City of Brownsville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Professional Engineering Services.
