Quote must include the removal and disposal of existing food service equipment The Montague
Co. Model #CRM-2 Gas Wok Range w/2 burners, Natural Gas from Hale Kehau Dining Hall: 523 W
Lanikaula St. Hilo, HI 96720.

Quote must include furnishing, delivering (FOB destination), uncrating, disposing of
packing materials, and fully installing the specified new equipment at Hale Kehau Dining
Hall. The Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance,
administrative support, expediting, warranties, applicable fees and taxes, forklift and
rental equipment, and any required licensed contractors necessary to complete a fully
operational installation. All costs associated with these services shall be included in the
quotation.

Site inspections are not mandatory; however, submission of an offer shall be evidence that
the offerer understands the scope of the project and shall comply with the
specifications herein, if awarded the purchase order. No additional allowances or price
adjustments will be granted based on lack of knowledge of such conditions, or failure to
perform site inspections prior to submitting a quotation.

Alternative or equivalent equipment offered with quotation will only be considered if the
equipment offered meets the minimum specifications and approved by the buyer prior to
bidding. Equipment which does not meet the minimum specifications shall be rejected.

To be eligible for award, offeror must be HCE compliant.

Quote must be valid for sixty (60) days.
