Professional Advertising and Marketing Services for Pierce County Sheriff's Department

Pierce County Sheriff's Department, herein referred to as "PCSD," is soliciting proposals from consultants to provide professional advertising and marketing services to attract suitable candidates to fill 60 current vacancies, as well as future staffing needs. The selected consultant will design, develop, and execute customized marketing strategies, content, and videos to effectively promote the PCSD's employment opportunities, brand, and recruitment initiatives.

The Pierce County Sheriff's Department has been responsible for public safety in Pierce County since 1853. The department is the second largest sheriff's agency in Washington State, serving over 946,000 residents countywide, including over 400,000 who reside in unincorporated county areas.

The use of professional advertising and marketing services would support PCSD's goal of recruiting and hiring police officers and have a positive impact on employee retention.
