Pierce County (hereafter known as ' the County') is seeking a Contractor to provide Electronic Home and Curfew Monitoring equipment and services.
Juvenile Court has exclusive jurisdiction over juveniles within the community who violate the criminal laws of Washington State or who need protection and/or advocacy as a result of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Those under the supervision of the Electronic Home Monitoring and Curfew Monitoring program include individuals who have been charged with or convicted of committing a criminal offense under Juvenile Court jurisdiction.
The selected Contractor will have adequate capacity to service up to 100 youth per day.
