Summary
The City of Rock Hill ("City") is requesting qualifications from interested and qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the I-77 Beautification Project, which entails the enhancement of approximately 11.5 acres of right-of-way located at the Exit 75 interchange near the southern boundary of the City of Rock Hill.
Background
The purpose of the project is to improve the Interstate-77 and Porter Road Exit 75 interchange, to include: landscape design and associated fees, surveying and associated fees, installation of landscaping elements (trees, shrubs, flowers, and mulch), lighting, drainage improvements, and the potential construction of a masonry monument wall/sign and/or decorative fencing.
This project is funded in whole by the South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA).
