Project Description: This project involves two (2) bid options for the installation of an ultra-thin bonded wearing course on roadway surfaces at several specified locations within Lower Gwynedd Township. Also included with this work is roadway crack sealing. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with Penn DOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s March 2026 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
