1 The Solicitation – Notice to Proposers

Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia Gas Works (“PGW”) will receive sealed proposals on or before June 30, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, via pgw.procureware.com, for a contractor to repave, coat, and stripe parking lines at PGW’s headquarters parking lots (East and West) located at 800 W Montgomery Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19122, as more specifically provided herein.

This document outlines PGW’s objectives, describes the services and materials to be provided, and outlines the obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer.

Questions concerning this Best Value RFP (this “RFP”) shall be directed in writing to PGW via pgw.procureware.com.  Proposers may not contact PGW personnel regarding this RFP other than through pgw.procureware.com.

The Optional Telephone Conference is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2025 to answer questions and requests for clarification.  Proposers should dial as follows:

Mandatory site tour will be held on June 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19122. Proposers must email Najey McDuffie at Najey.McDuffie@pgworks.com to confirm attendance.

An additional mandatory site tour will be held on June 25, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19122. Proposers must email Najey McDuffie at Najey.McDuffie@pgworks.com
If you attended the previous mandatory site tour, you do not have to attend again.

Proposals shall be accepted only from bidders who have attended the Mandatory Site Tour on June 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. or June 25, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

These dates are estimates only and PGW reserves the right to alter this schedule as it deems necessary or appropriate.

1.1 Services and Materials to be Provided

The selected Proposer will provide the labor, materials, services and equipment described in the Specifications, Drawings and other documents attached to the Contract. See Attachment A.
