Project Description: The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania (the “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a two-tiered awareness campaign and ongoing public education and outreach to drive traffic to DCHD’s Centralized Intake System.
RFP responses will be received virtually via PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by the Department of Central Purchasing on MARCH 23, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. at which time responses will be opened and read aloud for Delaware County Health Department (DCHD) Maternal and Child Health Projects: Awareness Campaign and Ongoing Education (eDCHD-032326).

Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement of Request for Proposal.
