Project Description: The Department of Aviation (DOA) is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified and experienced proposers to provide aircraft tracking, data collection and billing services related to General Aviation (GA), Non-Signatory (NS), and U.S. Customs and Border (CBP) fees collected at Dallas Love Field Airport.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to generate additional revenue from non-based aircraft that utilize the airport’s runway and facilities and contribute to the wear and tear requiring maintenance, repair, and replacement at the expense of the airport. DOA prefers a program that is operated primarily by a third-party provider. The Proposer shall provide the most current and proven aircraft fee solution, as well as maintain and support the software and hardware necessary to fulfill the goals of the RFP.
