Purchase of Absolute Software's Secure Access Subscription Renewal

Project Description: *PLEASE NOTE: Chatham County does not utilize third parties to obtain bids on its behalf. * Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of a one (1) year subscription renewal for 828 of Absolute Software’s Secure Access version 12 licenses between two separate servers. The term will be effective from October 25, 2025, through October 24, 2026. The Chatham County customer account name is Chatham County Sheriff’s Office Georgia. To bid, vendors must be authorized resellers for Absolute Software products. To acquire the serial numbers and ensure accurate quotes, vendors must work through the County’s account manager, Anna Halakova (ahalakova@absolute.com), when obtaining pricing.
