Overview

Summary

The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to renovate existing tennis (4), pickleball (12), and basketball (2) courts at Southside Park, located at 417 Baldwin Road, Simpsonville, 29680.

The County desires for this project to commence on or around March 1, 2026 and for work to be completed in accordance with the specifications contained herein, within ninety (90) days of consistent working weather for materials. The County reserves the right to award this project by line item, and to one or more vendors.

Background

All courts were previously repaired in a similar fashion in 2021. Originally, the courts were built in the 1970s.
