Solicitation Summary
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“Commission” or M-NCPPC”) through its Department of Planning for both Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, is seeking a web-based location intelligence application to support the diverse operational and planning needs of its departments. The application must enable the measurement, analysis, and visualization of location-based patterns and trends across a wide range of geographies and assets within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, including parks, trails, transit corridors, neighborhoods, and other areas of interest. A contract awarded pursuant to this solicitation will include an initial term of three (3) years, with options allowing the Commission to extend the term for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, if exercised. This information is provided to all prospective offerors.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for March 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST, and will be held via Microsoft Teams. To receive the meeting link, offerors must email April.Dickens@mncppc.org at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. Requests submitted on the day of the meeting may not be accommodated. Please note that this meeting will not be recorded.
