The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is requesting an annual agreement to provide HVAC maintenance repairs as needed for the Pesticide Residue Laboratory and State Chemical Laboratory located at 1171 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Description: Annual agreement to provide HVAC maintenance repairs  as needed.

2 – Air Handlers, Manufacturer: Daikin, Model Number: V4C9A-L4M
2 – Square D Speed Drive Control Panels, Model Number: SFD212GG4Y

Note: Supplier must be certified to work on Daikin and Armstrong HVAC equipment, and Square D Speed Drive Control Panels.  The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request documentation stating Supplier is certified to work on Daikin and Armstrong HVAC equipment, and Square D Speed Drive Control Panels.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
