The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications:
• Detection of absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence
• Adjustable monochromator selection in 1nm increments
• wavelength ranges of:
o Absorbance- 250 to 1000 nm or wider
o Fluorescence- 250 to 830 nm or wider
o Luminescence- 300 to 800 nm or wider
• Compatible with 6-well to 384-well plates
• Integrated shaking of plates
• Temperature control from ambient to 65C, or higher.
• Includes control and analysis software, power cables and communication cables, enabling operation through a standard PC
• Maximum dimensions: 18 in (H) x 24 in (W) x 24 in (D)
• Maximum weight: 90 lbs
