Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยงยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified supplier who will provide Hepatitis B (HBV), Hepatitis C (HCV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Viral Load Assays and Equipment Rental to the Georgia Department of Public Health (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFP.
