This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for an Agency of Record (AOR) – QEII Renew (Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”)), as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

BNS is seeking a full-service marketing Agency of Record responsible for supporting detailed marketing strategies and education campaigns for the construction project.
