BID 2026-09 MAGNOLIA PARK RESTROOMS

The City of Perry is requesting sealed bids for the following services: design, permitting, construction, procurement of specified items, and installation, in accordance with ADA, State, and Federal requirements. In addition, the Contractor will connect the restroom structure to the playground and parking areas via ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks.
Specs:
The restroom structure will contain (2) family-style restroom facilities, with each including:
¿        One (1) adult capacity wall-mounted changing table
¿        Two (2) wall-mounted child protection seats with secure straps
¿        Push-button-activated doors (both sides) with signage
¿        Remote-activated locking mechanisms on doors
¿        Automated lights with a timer
¿        Automated ventilation fan with timer
¿        Paper towel holders ¿ do not utilize air dryers
¿        Full-size, ADA-compliant commode, power flush/pressure-assisted
¿        Full-size, ADA-compliant sink
¿        Full-size, child-height mounted sink pedestal
¿        Standard toilet paper and hand-held bars to meet ADA requirements
¿        Internally mounted hose bib
¿        Tactile finish on the concrete floor, wash down the drain
¿        The exterior of the restroom should be split-face concrete blocks
Facility to have outdoor lighting at restroom entrances, activated by a photocell.
Water fountain with a bottle-filling feature to be mounted on the side of the building.
Utilities (water and sewer) are available at the site.
All work to be completed must be reviewed by City of Perry staff, with all final decisions made by said staff.
