The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Hand cut & Pile services on encroaching conifers on 390 acres in the Twelve Mile drainage within the South Manti Big Game Habitat Restoration project on the Sanpete Ranger District of the Manti La Sal National Forest by November 31st, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: From time of award until November 31st, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
