The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority ("CHFA") is developing the Housing Opportunity Navigator Initiative, a Pilot Program to facilitate greater housing choice for all Connecticut households. With this, CHFA requests written qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified housing counseling agencies, community action and/or supportive housing agencies that have offices in the State of Connecticut for a mobility navigation service.
