Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
Professional Services Requested: full-service design and implementation contractor that will install up to 60 Zeedykstyle in-stream structures to support the restoration of a wet-meadow area on Goslin Mountain.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
