Sealed Bids for the High Street Water Main Replacement Portland High School to Clearview Drive will be received by the Town of Portland electronically via the internet bidding service until 11:00 AM local time on April 22, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via teleconference. The Project generally consists of water main replacement, water services, pavement repairs, sidewalk repairs, and site restoration.
