Fairbanks Armory - Fire Damage Repair Project

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for the DMVA Fairbanks Armory Fire Damage Rebuild Project, Project Number: 02B0526017, will be received before 1:00 p.m. June 16th, 2026, at 57024 Roosevelt Road, JBER, AK 99505 or via electronic deliver as stated herein.

The state funded project will replace and rebuild all damage associated with a recent fire that took place at the Alaska Army National Guard Armory at 202 Wien Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $750,000.00 and $1,100,000.00. The project substantial completion date will be September 30, 2026.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 3, 2026, at the project location (202 Wien Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701) Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Greg Walker, at greg.walker@alaska.gov prior to the close of business on June 1, 2026.
