Sealed bids will be received at Kearney City Hall, Kearney, Missouri, 100 East Washington, Kearney, MO 64060, on or before 2:00 PM, August 20, 2026, for the following project. At said place and time, all properly received bids will be publicly opened and read.

The project is described as "2026 Clearwell Seal" in the City of Kearney, Missouri (City). The proposed work includes remediation of an existing underground Clearwell concrete tank and installation of a new polyurea lining, epoxy sprayliner, or alternative equivalent at the City Water Plant located at 215 W. Major Street, Keaney, MO 64060.

Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com . Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.

Site visits to review existing facility and to examine stored materials may be scheduled by contacting Loren Snyder, City Engineer, at 816-903-4735. Visits must be completed prior to Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

All questions must be submitted to lsnyder@keaneymo.us prior to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. All questions received will be addressed by Addendum and distributed prior to the letting date.
