Description:

The “FY’ 2024 NJDOT Local Freight Impact Fund (LFIF): Improvements To Holtec Boulevard / Morgan Street” consists of improvements to Holtec Boulevard (from Broadway (C.R. 551) to Master Street) and
Morgan Street (from Master Street to Fairview Street),:

The work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major work items:
1. Milling, 3” or less, of the existing asphalt surface, where indicated.
2. Overlay of milled bituminous asphalt surface with hot mix asphalt 12.5 M 64 surface course, 2” thick, where
indicated.
3. Hot mix asphalt pavement repair, if and where directed.
4. Removal and replacement of 7”x8”x18” concrete vertical curb, where indicated.
5. Installation of new inlets, type “A”, where indicated.
6. Installation of curb pieces, and bicycle safe grates, where indicated.
7. Resetting of manholes/ inlets using existing or new casting, and resetting of vents/valve boxes using existing or
new casting, where indicated.
8. Removal and replacement of concrete driveway, reinforced, 6” thick, concrete driveway, reinforced, 8” thick,
and concrete sidewalk, 5” thick, where indicated.
9. Installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, where indicated.
10. Installation of pavement markings and pavement striping, where indicated.
