Specifications Replacement: Attachment I (Specifications, dated 30 June 2026) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment I (Revised Specifications, dated 31 August 2026) to reflect the corrected separator make and model across Items 0008 and 0045.3. Section B Update: Section B, Item 0001 description is updated to reference Attachment I, Revised Specifications, dated 31 August 2026.4.
