Vial Labelers & Puck Pond Upgrade VA CMOP Tucson
The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the following items from qualified suppliers with a proven track record of professionally handling the decommissioning and removal of obsolete delivery and installation, commissioning and integration with the existing pharmacy management system of new equipment including:
Proven industry standard plastic chain conveyor to replace the old plastic chain conveyor at the facility
Proven industry standard vial empty puck accumulation conveyor ( Puck Pond / Puck Buffer )
Upgrades to empty puck return lines to centralize empty puck accumulation conveyor.
New puck cross-over conveyor to expedite pucks from central vial labeling to all dispensing areas.
Inline tare weighing stations for empty vials
Inline automated vial labelers with OCR Label Scanning and Imaging of Labels
Control Software Dashboard to control and monitor vial labelers from central command center.
Raised platform for vial labelers and empty vial point of use inventory storage
In addition to the installation of new equipment, the selected vendor will be required to disconnect, remove and disposal of existing equipment that is being replaced or upgraded. The equipment to be removed will include:
All Existing Vial Labelers
(East/West) Dispensing Areas
All Existing Tare Weight Scales (in-line with existing vial labelers)
All Existing plastic chain conveyors feeding existing vial labelers.
All Existing plastic chain conveyors required to provide space and connections to new equipment (new puck pond, new labelers, new scales).
Responses shall demonstrate a complete understanding of the need and how the contractor plans to meet the SOR requirements.
Tote Main Line Conveyor Upgrade VA CMOP Tucson
The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the following items from qualified suppliers with proven track record of professionally handling the delivery installation, commissioning and integration with the existing pharmacy PMS:
