Project Description: This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is intended to commence a selection process leading to the provision of full-service vending operations, including both case and powdered beverage sales, as detailed herein. The objective is to generate revenue for the City through a consolidated management, servicing, and accounting system for beverage vending operations on City-owned properties under a contractual agreement.
