Summary
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) issues this Statement of Work through a Quick Quote to solicit bids to identify vendors that have the ability to provide (1) consultant services, program management, and other resources to ODM to assist with design, planning, and transition activities, as well as implementation support activities, as necessary to expand the Next Generation MyCare Ohio program statewide and (2) consulting and technical assistance regarding serving youth with complex needs.

Process
Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead, and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered.
