Request for Proposals - Security Camera Systems

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Wenatchee is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide a phased program to replace and enhance its existing surveillance camera system with a modern, cloud-based solution that addresses the limitations of the current infrastructure. This project aims to improve the quality, functionality, and security of video surveillance and audio capture within facilities and city park areas. The new system will be implemented on a phased approach and integrated with citywide surveillance, allowing centralized monitoring and proactive responses to security incidents, while ensuring compliance with current and future operational needs.

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, local time, on March 13, 2026. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
Proposals should be emailed with the subject line: Wenatchee Security Cameras to: derickson@wenatcheewa.gov .
