Project Scope: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: construction of a concrete pathway, post and cable fencing, installation of site furnishings, turf from sod, mulch, irrigation modifications, and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Technical Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
Prebid meeting: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the project site, 11711 Mape Way, Dublin, CA 94568. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend the pre-bid meeting. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
Cost Estimate: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $180,000 and $210,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range.
