Miscellanous Parks Architectural/ Engineering (A/E) Services

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for miscellaneous architectural/engineering (A/E) professional services related to the design and construction of various types of County Park projects, sites and facilities. The range of services includes basic A/E services or special services pertaining, but not limited to, all Architectural, Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical elements of the projects including any specialty sub consultants. Also to be included are project management and planning services. At the County’s option, selected firms will be placed under three-year contracts. There is no work guaranteed to any firm as a result of being selected and placed under contract. Tasks will be assigned on the basis of individually negotiated Work Orders with a maximum amount of $500,000 per Work Order with Department Director approval. One (1) or multiple contracts can be awarded. Total estimate for this solicitation is $9,000,00. Questions are due no later than 14 days after the open date of this solicitation.
