ligation to notify prospective service providers of clarifica-

Consideration of Bids

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and

all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein,

to negotiate further with the selected bidder, to determine

in its sole discretion the lowest and best bid, and to award

the bid on such basis. Any bid may be withdrawn at the

request of the bidder for return of the bid packet submitted

by filing a written request prior to the above scheduled

time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement

thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified

shall not be considered.
