Summary

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms conducting a comprehensive organizational review of Central Administrative Services (CAS) within the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (M-NCPPC or Commission) current organizational structure. The goal of this review is to assess whether the existing structure effectively supports the organization’s strategic objectives, optimizes operational efficiency, and promotes a high-performance culture.
