Qualified Contractor's Solicitation for Informal Bids - 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, THE CITY OF CHINO HILLS is inviting all interested licensed and qualified contractors to submit the name of their firm for inclusion on the CITY’S list of qualified bidders for the calendar year of 2026 for construction on public projects of not more than two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000).

This solicitation only applies to contractors that are licensed by the State of California.  For information on obtaining a California State contractor's license, please click on the following link: www.cslb.ca.gov .

To add your company to the Qualified Contractor's List for Informal Bids, view and submit the Qualified Contractor's Information Form .  Otherwise, interested contractors shall provide the name, address and email address to which a Notice to Contractors or Proposal should be sent, and a phone number at which the contractor may be reached, current contractor's license number(s), current type and class of contractor's license(s), and check the box(es) that your active license qualifies you for (as referred to on the linked form above).
