Scope of Services
The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for phase 1 of High School AAA. The scope of work will provide construction services supporting core facilities for 2,500 student stations, the first phase will contain 1,250 student stations and approximately 203,160 gross square feet. The site map is included in this RFQ. The site is located on Rangeland Parkway and Post Boulevard in (Lakewood Ranch), Bradenton, FL. (Manatee County Parcels ID 582201059 & ID 582201109).
The selected design is by Schenkel Shultz Inc, School District of Manatee County- Parrish Community High School (North River High School).
