Culturally Inclusive, Language Access, and Community Engagement Support

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking Contractors to support agency project teams in their ongoing efforts to engage historically underrepresented communities across operational, planning, equity, and communication efforts and initiatives.

RTD may award multiple purchase orders from this RFQ.

RTD has a strong history in developing and maintaining meaningful long-term relationships with historically underrepresented communities, including communities of color, immigrant, and refugee communities, linguistically diverse populations, low- income populations, people with disabilities, seniors, youth, people experiencing houselessness; veterans and/or the LGBTQIA+ community. RTD requests proposals from interested community-based organizations (CBOs) for the outreach and engagement scope area. RTD is particularly seeking CBOs with a strong grassroots presence and significant reach within the community.
