Description

1. Roof replacement Bldg. 100 (+/- 38,000 sq ft): Two roofs in place.
Remove two roof assemblies down to original zonolite lightweight
insulating vermiculite fill over metal formdeck. Install new temporary
roof, lightweight insulating cellular concrete (LWIC) fill with insulporm
rigid insulation board and fleece-back single ply membrane adhered to
LWIC.
2. Roof recover Bldgs. 200, 201, 202, 300 & 400 Gym (+/- 16,100 sq ft):
One single ply roof assembly in place. Existing roof to remain. Install
new single ply assembly consisting of rigid insulation board, cover board
and single ply membrane (adhered). Coverboard mechanically attached
to existing structural metal deck.
3. Install overflow roof drains and storm drain piping at Bldg. 100.
