Polk County Line Striping Project

POLK COUNTY GOVERNMENT IS ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FROM EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS FOR THE FY 2026 POLK COUNTY LINE STRIPING PROJECT. THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ALL TASKS AND PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICES FOR COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT. A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE LOWEST RELIABLE BID THAT SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST AND BEST SERVES THE INTEREST OF POLK COUNTY. SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 3:00 PM EST ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2025 IN THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE LOCATED AT 216 MAIN STREET IN CEDARTOWN, GA 30125.

Copies of bid documents may be obtained from the Polk County Administration Office located at 216 Main Street, Cedartown, Georgia 30125. Requests for documents should be filed promptly with Polk County. Proposal documents are also available on the Polk County Website: www.polkga.org.

The scope of this project includes the items listed below as well as all other items routine and necessary to complete a project such as this. Items not listed herein shall be the responsibility of the contractor and included in the overall price bid.

1.        Provide all labor and materials needed to complete the Line Striping for the roads listed below.

Blacksmith Road, Roy Road, Tuck Street, Wimberly Hill Loop, Fish Creek, Sardis Church Road, Stringer Road, Lee Road, Woodfall Road, Live Oak Road, & Huntington Road
