714- Mansfield APA Cubicles - Lima Region

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections - Adult Parole Authority Lima Region is looking to purchase a total of (2 ) cubicles for the Mansfield office located at 36 S Park, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. The estimated size of the cubicles needed for the Mansfield Office is ( 2) Cubicles - 6’W x 8’L, (2). There are no CAD drawings for the location so a site visit will be necessary. I nstallation services for TAYCO Metro workstations or Herman Miller AO2 workstations .

The supplier must guarantee the delivery and installation of the cubicles within four weeks of the award.

Specification requirements include:

Agency quotes must include labor, material , and installation.
