Upgrade Chiller UH 3W6W
Description:

The work of this single bid project at an occupied hospital includes a phased replacement of the existing two air-cooled 80-ton chillers (having free cooling) with two 120-ton air-cooled/free cooling chillers. This will require additional steel dunnage/roof modifications for supports, reworking in parallel a new primary chilled water bridge, replacement of secondary pumps and air control assemblies, and revision/additions to distribution piping. There is ACM present and will require a FAA permit since it is located near an active hospital helipad.

Plans will be available after October 25, 2024, through Syracuse Blue Print (315-476-4084 & https://www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com/ ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 12, 2024, starting at 10:30a.m. and meeting in the downtown hospital lobby to obtain badges.
Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.
