The Port of Seattle (the Port) is procuring Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Modular Bridge-Mounted Hose Trolley Systems to support aircraft pre-conditioned air delivery at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The purpose of the system is to improve airflow, reduce hose kinking, improve ergonomics for airline personnel, and integrate safely with loading bridge operations.

Important Submittal Information
* Proposal Submittals must be sent via an email to
e-submittals-purch@portseattle.org.
* Make sure proposals are submitted on time.
* No compressed files including zip.
* Stay within the page limits stated in each section.
* Be sure to check you are providing all requested
documents.
* According to section I, item 5.3.3.4, all request for
clarification and/or consideration regarding the
RFP terms and conditions must be received by the
stated deadline. The Port will not negotiate terms
and conditions after an award recommendation
has been made.
Important Submittal Information - Cont.
* Submittal Document 1. Proposal Form - Signature page
- will be used to execute the agreement. This means the
Port will not provide a copy of the final contract to
selected vendor for signature before executing the
contract.
Port of Seattle-Statement of Values
* Returning proposers will note a new document
in the solicitation titled, "Statement of Values,
Standards, and Expectations for Third Parties."
* The Port hopes to partner with a firm whose
values match ours.
* For new and returning proposers, please read
and understand this document in its entirety. If
you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to email them to the Procurement Officer.
Tips for Successful Proposals
* Read every word of the solicitation including referenced/related documents.
* Your proposal will be evaluated in strict conformance with the Evaluation
Criteria.
* Eliminate all typos and pay attention to the document's layout and legibility.
* Do not mark your proposal as confidential. The Port might find your
proposal non-responsive if you do.
* Ask your insurance broker to review the insurance requirements provided in
the contract document.
* Each evaluation criteria corresponds with a Submittal Document.
For example: Item 8.3.1 Criterion 1, corresponds with Submittal
Document #4 on page #54.
