Below is the list of questions received as of 08/17/26 and their respective answers:



1. The anticipated timeframe for issuing the RFQ



Answer: The RFQ has already been issued on August 5, 2026, with quotations due August 14, 2026, by 15:00 Ankara local time.



2. Whether physical uniform samples are expected to be required.



Answer: Yes. Quoters are required to submit physical samples consisting of one complete suit set and one long-sleeve shirt, together with fabric swatches and available color cards, by the quotation deadline.



3. Whether a U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor



Answer: Yes. A U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor, provided the subcontractor is properly authorized to operate and perform in Türkiye and complies with applicable contractual requirements.



4. When will you be sending us an email?



Answer: No separate email will be sent to vendors. The RFQ and accompanying cover letter will be published on SAM.gov, and interested vendors should refer to SAM.gov for the solicitation documents and any related updates.
