16. Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign-flagged Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) vessels (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the needs of the government have been met) capable of providing hotel services for a minimum of 14 Marines and transporting a minimum of 40,000 square feet of rolling stock and general cargo, as described in the attached list. Vessel(s) will transit between ports in the Western Pacific region for a charter period of 180-days with one (1) 180-day option. If multiple ships are offered, the minimum capacity is 6,000 sq. ft. per vessel.
17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Pearl Harbor, HI (USA). The layday commence No Later Than 08 May 2025, 0800 hrs. (Local) and cancel 08 May 2025, 1600 hrs. (Local). Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 180 days plus one (1) 180-day option period for each chartered vessel.
18. Set-aside Status: N/A; Unrestricted. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
