Project Description: The contract includes a base bid for the milling, base repair and paving of Middle Road within Dublin Borough. The base bid also involves installation of pavement markings and the removal and replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk, and driveway aprons at specified locations with Dublin Borough. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s February 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
