INVITATION FOR BID
IFB # 25-024 ¿ DUNCAN PARK ROAD PROJECT
November 12, 2025

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Fairburn, Fairburn, Georgia, at the City Administration Building, 314 NW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia 30213 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, December 12th, 2025, for:

Duncan Park Road

This project consists of a total of 0.73 miles of new location roadway to access Duncan Park from Virlyn B. Smith Road. This new location roadway will go through the current Georgia Renaissance Festival property to connect to Duncan Park. There will also be widening along Virlyn B. Smith Road for a right turn deceleration lane to the new roadway.

Questions of a technical nature should be submitted in writing to the City of Fairburn via electronic mail, to the procurement inbox: purchasing@fairburn.com. The last day that questions can be submitted is November 26th, 2025, at 5pm. All questions MUST be in writing (e-mail), no questions will be answered verbally.

Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. At 2:00 p.m. local time on the above date, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. However, the bid opening will not be done in person, it will be done via teleconference. The call-in number is: +1 (605) 475-4022. The Access Code is: 507-837. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 60 days after the time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
