Project Description: The City of Little Rock is seeking Bond Counsel services to aid with the planning, preparation, and potential issuance of one (1) or more short-term financing instruments for tangible personal property authorized in accordance with Amendment No. 78 to the Constitution of Arkansas, and one (1) or more long-term financing instruments for tangible personal property authorized in accordance with Amendment No. 89 to the Constitution of Arkansas.
