CITY OF DICKINSON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Dickinson is soliciting qualifications from qualified Construction Management firms for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services associated with Fire Station 1A. The intent of this procurement is to select a CMAR to provide constructability, scheduling, pre-construction approach, and estimated costs through approximately thirty-five percent (35%) (schematic) design.
The scope of the project is listed in the RFP. If your firm is interested in providing services for the project, please submit a proposal, meeting all the requirements listed in the RFQ. Proposals are due by 4:00pm (Mountain Time) on May 28th, 2026.
